Pioneer Guild

ISEKAICREATOR 背景

An interstate organization jointly established by continental nations. It is an organization for the purpose of supporting pioneers and mutual assistance. Although nominally, it is headquartered in Albion, with its highest decision-making body, the Pioneers Guild Council.

Councilors are the sponsors of the Settlers' Guild, and include notables from various nations. The chairman of the council is Sir Aldred, who helped establish the guild.

The guild's Lunden branch has de facto headquarters functions. Currently, we are developing mainly at Frontier Point.

◆ Birth of the Pioneers Guild

About 50 years ago, at the call of the Republic of Albion, each country planned to jointly develop the Hybrazel continent.

Albion, an island nation and nautical nation, succeeded in opening a route to Hybrazel.

A plan to colonize the continent was immediately made, but this plan failed.

There was also the distance from the home country, but the biggest problem was the monsters.

The legend that the continent was ruled by monsters was true.

The settlers who landed had to deal with the monsters that attacked them day and night.

After receiving reports of the settlement's failure, Albion began considering a second settlement plan. However, sponsors withdrew from the project due to the high risk in the project, and the continuation of the project was in doubt, mainly on the financial side.

Albion's naval minister, Lord Aldred, has given up on monopolizing interests and has taken the option of colonizing and developing jointly with other nations.

Lord Aldred entrusted the development of the Hybrazel continent to the Pioneers Guild.

By establishing a third-party organization called the Pioneers Guild, in a sense, by equalizing the position of investors, it prevented other countries from taking the initiative.

The Pioneers Guild was established with the participation of many nations and groups, including the dwarves and elves of the Iron Shield Kingdom, the Western Roman Empire and its satellite nations.

◆ Pioneer Guild organization

The Pioneers Guild is divided into three divisions: administration, production, and pioneering.

Here, I will explain the organizational structure of the Pioneers Guild Headquarters in Lunden City as an example.

It should be noted that even within the same Pioneer Guild, only some organizations may exist. For example, there is also a form of branch where only quests can be given and received, arms trading, and services such as inns can only be received.

◆ Administration Department

The department that primarily manages and supports the activities of the pioneers.

Responsible for registering pioneers, accepting and issuing quests, and delivering rewards.

▼ Issuing quests

Quests are tasks undertaken by settlers.

There are various things such as defeating specific monsters, obtaining materials, and achieving specified goals and objectives.

Many settlers earn income from completing this quest. Accepting and issuing quests is an important task of the Pioneers Guild.

◆Production Department

Mainly in charge of providing technical support to pioneers for development and arranging for settlers (agricultural workers such as farm management and dairy farming) to cultivated land, this department is responsible for developing the cultivated land as a production area.

He is also in charge of facility management such as taverns, inns, bath houses, barber shops, and armor shops for pioneers.

◆ Reclamation department

A department in charge of various things related to pioneers. Mainly in charge of the management of the barrier furnace and the administration of the settlement.

They are not government officials, but the townspeople call the pioneers officials.

◆Pioneer Guild and Void Warrior Guild

The existence of the Voidmen is generally kept secret even in the Midgard world, but both the Pioneers Guild and the Voidmen Guild are secretly cooperating.

It seems that the Void Warriors played an important role in the crisis of the former Pioneers Guild, gaining their trust.

Currently, it is undertaking support in the Midgard world by accepting void warriors as pioneers and mediating quests.
